Acceptance of These Terms

By using fyrepilates.com, creating an account, booking a class, or purchasing a membership or class package, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Bookings, Memberships & Payments

Class bookings, memberships, class packages, and payments are processed through our booking platform, Mariana Tek. Prices, membership terms, and package details are presented at the time of purchase. By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method.

Memberships renew according to the terms shown at purchase. Cancellation, freeze, and refund terms for memberships and packages are described in the studio policies available on our FAQs page and at the time of purchase.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Reserved spots matter in a boutique studio. Class cancellations require at least 12 hours notice. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the deduction of one class credit, and a $10 fee applies to no-shows and late cancellations.

Returns & Refunds

All sales for class packs, drop-ins, memberships, workshops, events, and other services are final and non-refundable upon booking. Merchandise returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

Memberships, Freezes & Cancellation

Founding Memberships require a minimum six (6) month commitment. Standard Memberships require a minimum four (4) month commitment. After the initial commitment period, memberships continue month-to-month and may be cancelled with 14 days written notice.

Written cancellation requests must be sent to INFO@FYREPILATES.COM. Medical freezes are available at no charge with supporting documentation. By purchasing a membership, you authorize automatic recurring billing until your membership is cancelled in accordance with these terms.

Health & Safety Notice

Our classes are heated, physically demanding workouts. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk — exercise programs, heated fitness classes, and related activities carry inherent risks. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are new to heated exercise. Stop exercising and notify an instructor immediately if you feel faint, dizzy, or unwell.

If you have an injury, are postpartum or pregnant, or have physical sensitivities, please notify your instructor before class. Heated classes are discouraged during pregnancy.

You must be at least 18 years old to participate. Ages 16–17 may participate with parental consent. You may be required to sign a separate liability waiver before attending class. That waiver, together with these terms, governs your participation in classes.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Fyre name, logos, text, images, and video, is owned by Fyre Pilates + Sculpt or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization, or use the site for any unlawful purpose. Misuse of our services may result in suspension or termination without refund.

Recording & Content Policy

Personal photography and video in the studio are permitted when done respectfully. Recording, photographing, or otherwise capturing other clients, instructors, or staff without their permission is strictly prohibited. Livestreaming a full class requires prior written authorization.

The studio may capture photos and video for marketing purposes. If you prefer to be excluded, notify a member of our team before class.

Studio Conduct & Personal Belongings

Fyre maintains a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or offensive conduct will not be tolerated and may result in termination of services.

The studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The website and its content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fyre Pilates + Sculpt will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the site if you violate these terms or studio policies. You may stop using the site and cancel your account at any time, subject to the membership terms accepted at purchase.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion between you and the studio. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and your continued use of the site after posting means you accept the changes.
